The bill (Reg. No. 11284) suggests specifying certain provisions regarding tax administration, as well as creating conditions for a more effective execution of functions by the State Taxation Service through amendments to the laws: "On Foreign Economic Activity", "On the order of payment in foreign currency", “On payment transactions registers in the sphere of trade, public catering and services”, "On state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl, cognac and fruit, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products", and the Budget Code of Ukraine.
Apart from this, the bill suggests specifying the term “import (import of goods)”.
